 Government Business Is Different from Party Business
The Status quo Must Change.

There is this rule that government businesses within a particular political demarcation otherwise referred to as constituency belong to the party members within that demarcation and that no external person be it a party member or not cannot be assigned to take such jobs that is perceived to be political.

Such jobs include: NHIA,  School Feeding,  MASLOCK, youth Employment Agency(YEA), District Chief Executive (DCE), Member of Parliament (MP), NABCO etc.

Until the winner takes all syndrome changes as political system of practice, I fully endorse these jobs earmarked for party members and faithfuls but the problem is that inter constituency appointments must be encouraged rather than intra constituency appointments.

If Mr Dwomo is not an indigen nor a residence or a constituent of Asokwa constituency etc but a party member he cannot be assigned to function as the leader of any of the aforementioned jobs is incorrect and not Ghanaian friendly.

Ones the person belongs to the party in government, he can work within every constituency.

Also, ones the person is a member of the party,  he can contest for member of parliament in any constituency provided the fellow has what it takes to function as such.

What matters is competence to deliver but not you don't belong to the constituency because the job belongs to Ghana but not the party.

Government serves the interest of Ghana but not political party in this regard that  intra constituency job control must stop with immediate effect this practice has decided Ghana as one country it must stop now!

Sharing party positions intra constituency: party chairmen,  organisers,  secretaries,  etc is in the right direction.

 There is a pending problem of Manso Nkwanta where a known and hardworking party activist posted to head NHIA  office.  The party chairmen and members of that constituency are forcibly removing this manager  that he does not hail from that constituency. The question is is that person a member of the party in government or not? What is this?  Is NHIA Manso Nkwanta business or business of government? This thing Must stop now!
